  • Minamata City Gymnasium and Hama Ground. On October 10th, the Councils of Labor Unions held a large-scale protest rally concerning the stable wage system, the termination of unemployment relief projects, and the dismissal of Japan Coal Miners' Union members. One of the sound trucks on the right was from the “General Council of Labor Unions in Oita Prefecture” and another was the “Shiranui-go” of the Shin-Nihon Chisso Labor Union.
  • The renovated Minamata City Gymnasium can be seen in the distance. Hama Ground now has night game facilities.
