Yamatoya Ryokan (Japanese inn)
- Yamatoya Ryokan in Minato-machi. Hyakken Port was just around the corner. In 1946, the port was open with a wharf of 2,000 tons or more in capacity. However, the inner section was partly sanded with the carbide residue from Chisso and sailing at low tide became unnavigable. In 1949 the 5-year dredging project for the bay was implemented.
- Yamatoya Ryokan at present. The nearby sea was reclaimed.
